Shipping Prohibited Items with USPS

When shipping something from the United States to another country, you must adhere to both USPS® international shipping regulations and the destination country's regulations:

As a result, when shipping with USPS, it's always a good idea to be aware of the various shipping restrictions. In addition to limiting certain items, the Postal Service prohibits a number of goods.

You'll notice that all prohibited domestic items are also forbidden from international shipment. However, some items are only prohibited internationally and not in the United States (such aerosols and dry ice).
